Can be an emotional year as we humans don’t like change, do we!
Some chapters will close to allow the new to begin

My self care tip this year is be in nature when ever you can. Let go of scrolling as much as you can get strolling in nature instead…
Free up screen time with some Goddess time in what ever way fills up your cup.
